Our Story & Mission
Bondara was founded on the idea that families deserve access to practical, thoughtful educational tools — without pressure, jargon, or a clinical setting.

A Small Team with a Clear Purpose
Bondara opened its doors in 2019 from a modest space on Ekkamai Road. The founding idea was straightforward: many families in Bangkok feel the pull of busy schedules, scattered paperwork, and conversations that never quite find the right moment. We wanted to offer something that addressed all three — gently and practically.
Our programmes are built around education, not instruction. We do not tell families what to do. Instead, we share tools, questions, and frameworks that families can take home and use in their own way. The Reflective Conversations Workshop, for example, came directly from requests by parents who wanted structured prompts to use at dinner or on weekend mornings.
Today, Bondara serves families across the Watthana, Khlong Toei, and Sukhumvit areas of Bangkok. Every programme we offer is educational in nature. We are not counsellors, therapists, or legal advisers — and we are transparent about that. What we are good at is helping families feel a little more organised, a little more connected, and a little more confident in talking with each other.
Our Mission
To make family communication and organisation more accessible — through educational workshops, practical toolkits, and multi-session programmes that respect each family's own pace and preferences.
Our Approach
We believe education works best when it is offered without judgement. Every Bondara session is structured to create space for reflection, not to push any particular outcome. Materials are reusable, sessions are paced to suit your household, and no individual advice is ever given.
Our Values
- Respect for each family's individual circumstances
- Honesty about what we offer and what we do not
- Practical tools over abstract ideas
- A calm, unhurried learning environment

How We Work
Our Standards & Principles
We hold ourselves to clear principles so every family leaves a Bondara session feeling respected and supported.
Privacy by Design
Session content stays within the room. We collect only what is needed to run your programme and never share personal details with third parties.
Educational Scope Only
All our programmes are educational and informational. We do not provide professional advice of any kind. Families are always encouraged to seek qualified support when needed.
Regular Material Review
Our prompt cards, templates, and workbooks are reviewed twice a year to ensure they remain relevant, clear, and genuinely useful for Bangkok families.
Participant Feedback
We collect written feedback after every session and use it to shape future programmes. Families are under no obligation to share anything.
Voluntary Participation
No family member is ever pressured to speak, share, or complete any activity. Participation in each element of a session is entirely voluntary.
Clear Programme Agreements
Before any programme begins, we share a clear written outline of what is included, what it costs, and how sessions are structured — no surprises.
Family Education & Communication Support in Bangkok
Bondara sits in the Watthana district of Bangkok, close to Ekkamai BTS station. We work with families from across the city — from Sukhumvit to Silom — who want to bring a little more structure and warmth into their everyday communication.
Family communication education in Thailand has traditionally been difficult to access in a non-clinical, non-judgmental format. Bondara was created specifically to fill that gap: educational resources, facilitated workshops, and practical toolkits that any family can pick up and use.
Our Document Organisation Toolkit was developed after noticing how much stress scattered paperwork creates in household life. From school records and insurance documents to household contracts, the toolkit offers a straightforward system families can maintain independently after the guided setup session.
The Family Foundations Programme takes a broader view, exploring shared values and everyday planning across multiple sessions. It is not a structured intervention — it is an exploration, led at the family's own pace, with educational materials and reflective discussion at its core.
